Hey all, what do you guys do when a MoM ask for ID uploads?

Do you comply or do you just look for a Mom that doesn't require it? and is there any reason that they need our ID's now?

Thanks

I keep a picture of my ID on hand with everything blacked out except my name, and the dates on it, and have never had a problem with any of em I've used it with.

Any MoM asks me for an unedited photo, the Delete button gets hit on the email and I move on to the next MoM instead.

When I first started like 2-3 years ago, I just sent it. Some I tried to black out and they would not accept. But now it seems more are accepting ones that are blacked out. The last few new ones I have tried anyways. Now, I can understand why we would not like that. But from the other side, I think they mostly want to make sure they are not selling to anyone underage.

if they want age verification they can send the package with age verification/signature at the post office or your door.
This practice of collecting users ID's and storing them on their possibly overseas server is total shit. from a security standpoint and also from a liability standpoint.
it needs to stop folks. refusing to send your ID in and telling them why is a good starting point.
Hope you Mom's are listening. the landscape is changing.
I'm shoked to shits to hear ya dont need to prove age from government sites.

That will not stay like that.

I upload a pic of Peppa Pig and if they approve I purchase, if they don't approve, I move on.

some MoM's require it some don't. I'm just going to use the ones that don't. I don't see a need for them to have my ID

Thank you

Think right now most moms dont even care anymore now that its legalized. But the moms who do are probably planning for a more distant future as I can see govt coming down on the ones who selling to underage kids

Any ID

With

-Name
-Date of Birth
-Address to confirm where we ship to

is usually sufficient enough for a form of validation =P
