GanjaGrams customer service [resolved]

Hey guys,
I made an order with ganjagrams (GG) on saturday for a half oz and 1 gram of budder for $91 with shipping. Don't get me wrong this is a great deal, however, I wanted to cancel this order shortly after my payment was processed because I saw another product I wanted to buy, but didn't want to spend the other money in my account when I could just get back my money from GG first. I thought this would be no problem due to their policy on their FAQ page which states, "When you create a new order your old order gets automatically cancelled and your money will be refunded and E-Transfered back to your account", so I did just that, along with e-mailing them 5 times over the weekend but to no avail. Finally this morning they get back to me saying they can't refund an order that has been processed, contrary to what their policy states, and now they are saying they can only give me store credit. Regardless of their deals on their mediocre products, their service is absolute shit and I will never order from them again. Just wanted to share with y'all.

GANJAGRAMS RESOLVED THE ISSUE, E TRANSFERRED ME MY MONEY; SAID THAT THE POLICY ON THEIR SITE IS AN OLD ONE BUT THEY WILL HONOR IT

IMHO once payment is sent you committed to the transaction. Lots of MOM would allow you to alter the order if it's not packaged and ready to go, but that's going beyond the initial contract.

Just to be clear you said you wanted the money back so you could get something else.. You do mean from that same MOM right?

I'd agree except for their policy saying that they will e-transfer the money back if you make a new order

Ummm, what are you talking about, guy? There is no such policy in their FAQ section, in fact, here is EXACTLY what they tell customers to do when editing or cancelling orders:

I don't see this as bad customer service at all, it was a long weekend, people have lives, and to refund your mistake would cost them in banking fees... Me thinks you goofed, brah.

Lmao buddy, they literally just changed the policy because like i said, they said it was an old one but honoured it anyways. That new policy is a direct result of my complaint/mistake.
