So i have posted in here a few times and most recently about shatter a week or so back, and have since gone ahead and ordered some shatter as per recommendations and what I wanted to try. I have ordered from many different MOM's without any issues, but this time, when my package arrived it was completely and totally fucking empty. When I say empty I mean nothing no containers no paper no slips no anything just a shipping bubble wrap parcel package completely flattened and empty with my shipping info slapped on the front. I have contacted the MOM and they said they wont leave me dry but I sincerely am worried because I have no guarantee to if they even believe me yet or if they will reimburse my entire order or just a portion. At this point I believe it must have been stolen within Canada Post, and they refuse to help as per usual, anyone have any idea what I could do here? (I think the delivery courier did a damage inspection before delivery and pinched it if anything). Either way use this as a massive PSA, DO NOT use Canada Post to ship if you have any other option, take it. Good luck other peeps.

That’s awful news though. I hope the MOM sends the same package out for you. Someone suggested to take a video when opening up your mail to prove if you’re shorted. That would of come in handy here.

My first order from The Green Acen was lost by CP last year. As soon as they found out what happened, they replaced it with out me having to ask for a replacement

I’m curious if there is any evidence of tampering. Does the tracking # on the package match what the mom sent you? I had one package stolen by cp but that was in 2004 when moms were relatively new and cp often stole weed packages back then. Since I started ordering again online I haven’t had any issues. I wish you luck getting this resolved.

I'd rather take Canada Post because Fedex is allowed to open your stuff to look in it if they suspect drugs. Canada Post, it's you versus thieves, not corporate. Well, versus corporate laziness.

I've had at least 1 birthday gift go missing from Canada Post, and when it did, they sent me the empty card in the envelope complete with the note which said, "hope you enjoy!" So yeah, sounds like postal theft. Fuck those fucking fucks, I hope they get fired and can't get weed for at least two years, and then when they finally get access to some again, they go right for some potent ass dank resin and get greened out so hard they end up glued to their bed thinking they're going to die for three days.

There isn't ever going to be the perfect carrier unfortunately.

Canada Post is cheaper, allowing us to get better prices on bud.

UPS and FedEx can open your package. Fuck that.

Purolator has been nothing but problems for me. They have very often not delivered the package when I was home and I had to drive 30 minutes to go pick up a package. Waste of an hour plus the time waiting for the package.

Hey guys sorry I havent gotten back to this thread sooner but the outcome was I think infact Canada Post did steal the package, but the said MoM sent me the exact same order and as of today I'm happily dabbing away. I actually did check the tracking number as stated and yes the package had signs of tampering, It was opened and glued shut with a bit of resealable glue. The tracking number was the same and today I confronted the mail man who got offended I even accused him of stealing and told me the package was sealed and perfecty fine when he dropped it off (whiiiich my motion camera says is a lie) so yea, be careful out there people.

PS. The mail man is a moron, he very well could have not noticed the tampering, it was checked in at two Canada Post locations before arrival in my city, any of their postal workers could have done it along the way. As stated before, fuck those fucking fucks.

The MOM that reshipped free of charge no questions asked is CE, big shout out to those guys their shatter and HCE as A1!
