speedgreens rant - am i in the wrong here?

I've been with these guys since November, haven't had any issues up until now... but when it rains, it pours. Placed an order beginning of Feb, paid enough to qualify for free gift of 3.5g, but SG changed up their system and you have to manually choose whether or not you want a gift which I did not know, so they offered to add it to my next order, a long with an aaa sample... but said not to add it to the notes as it was already authorized. Cool.
Next order? Nothin' So I mention it and they're all like, 'yo y'all didn't tell us to add it to the order' ... where I literally have an email telling me:
'We apologize as you are entitled to the 3.5g Master Kush gift. We would like to compensate you by adding the 3.5g AA cannabis to your next order and we will include a free sample gift of an AAA cannabis as well. I've placed a note on your file and if you mention that manager Simon has authorized this compensation in the notes at checkout our staff will add this to your order. Please do not add it to your order as we will manually add it to your order. Thank you.'
Really? I was pretty disappointed and let em know. What was even worse is that I had also ordered 7g from them, and only recieved 3.5g in that same order! So... getting back to them, they put together a replacement package... I even had an email reaching out to me even further saying they had made a better sample package... one comprised of 3.5g of what was missing, 3.5g of my choice and 1g of whatever. I mean, that's better than nothing, right? ... not.
The compensation package arrived, with two stickers, 3 1 g samplers and just 3.5g of the wrong kind anyways. So... putting together a better package is... giving me less? This all wouldn't be so bad if their customer service actually knew what I was talking about, and I've had to explain this over and over again in the past few days. You know what I was told after a manager contacted me? That compensation would be added to my next order, and that I was already compensated 6.5g, even though we agreed on 8. To make matters worse, a rep reached out to me on IG saying for me to hit them up if anything goes wrong, so I did. They told me they were putting together something that very day and would be sending it out... did anything happen? No. I contact them again and I have to explain my situation again.
Is Speed Greens going through some serious logistic issues? They've been pretty nice about this, but at this point it just feels like I'm just trying to get free shit for the original gift I had paid for... and in the end, I'd rather people be honest than be nice. Word is everything in this kind of business, is it not?
