air is getting in, the oil with air contact is oxidized, from the look of that cap, I'd transfer that to a appropriately sized mason jar, you want the least amount of air in there with the jar closed, or get a bunch of syringes (amazon) and fill'em, that would keep it better (less air contact) ....you'll notice some carts do that as well if left for a while half empty

I have some full unused carts from spring of last year and they are brown like that and they still get me really high.

ya it's mostly a cosmetic issue, may be a bit less potent for that darkened part, but not by much, should be fine to stir her up :)

Okay thanks, that was my concern. Il mix it up next time and hopefully it goes away. Any ideas on the best way to prevent this from occurring?

get a bunch of syringes or one big one (amazon) and fill'em, that would keep it better (less air contact) glass is best for long term

Alright thanks, because i got 10ml blunt tipped syringes I can put it in, but the 1ml Syrnges are only useful for terpenes cuz of there size. I was only hesitant that it would get stuck in the 10mL syringes because it would cool down after wouldn't have been pre mixed with terpenes at that point, but i guess il just heat it up after and hope for the best lol.

I appreciate all you'r guys help!!

ya for sure, warm up the distillate and the syringe(s) before trying to fill'em, will go way smoother ;)
