Hey this may be a stupid question but I came across "houseofglassextracts" on Instagram and was curious if anyone knew if it was legit or just a fan of the product.

Not sure but if you're looking for HOG brand shatter I believe Cheebas carries it. I haven't tried it but from what I hear there are better options for shatter.
