I'll just post the entire chat log here. Looks like I might be out $200 for being dumb enough to try a new MoM, after having second thoughts but then deciding against them due to a couple people in the discord alleging to have received product on the MoM discord. Even if I DO receive my product, the communication is horrible and their "available 24/7" schtick is a complete and total lie. I've tried through their wickr, email and discord.

And before anyone says it, yes I know its my own dumb fault.

Yeah Ima have to warn people away from this site until you guys get your communications figured out, hope I haven't just been scammed altogether but I guess it's my own fault for sending a brand new Mom my money.

you have nothing to worry about he is legit. he has been offline since wednsday night. that is a problem yes but he hasnt ripped you off at all. i have ordered twice now and both times it took up to 4 days before the tracking number he gave worked. he is a new mom that needs to work some things out on shipping and being avaiable for emails and chat in discord. dont work he has not ripped u off. it is just slow getting the number and waiting for it too register and work on cp tracking

He's gotten back to me, apparently was afk due to his wife having a baby. Looking forward to getting my package now, but the tracking number hasn't updated yet. Guess I'll see tomorrow.

Had a similar issue when I contacted them about my order. I had luck eventually, not a complete scam but it wasn’t worth the stress

I'm giving it time because that's all I can really do, but my tracking number still doesn't even show as registered yet. I had to order from the green vault to hopefully get some before I run out completely, probably going to have to buy some government 25$/half quarter stuff if my TGV order doesn't get in by Friday.

We've removed SmokingTrees.ca's New MOM status in the community. They've already had various issues during their new MOM period, including bad shatter, multiple reports of delayed shipping and lack of communication.
