CheapWeed sent only half of replacement, unprofessional discord representative
Hey guys, I almost never use Reddit other then to browse occasionally, I have only been trying to find a resolution through discord every day, for the past 5 months.

So it all started Monday night, When I finally got a dm from cheap weed on discord. I got a message saying "one lb of green farms death bubba" on the way along with tracking, which is very very nice since that is much better weed then i originally ordered. https://gyazo.com/32d3401f51ef5046ace0bc67c41125ef

Fast forward Thursday morning, Canadapost drops off my package from CW, I sign for it and bring it inside. I shake it and feel weed inside. As Was very happy to finally get my replacement so I wasn't thinking about going to get my phone and record me opening a box. When I open it, it looks like less weed then i expected as I was not sure if it was only one bag in the package as it sort of looked like that. When I cracked the vac seal, It was just one bag with a hp, not two. So I decide to go and weigh it and sure enough, its 224 grams. I wasn't extremely worried as I thought this was probably just an honest mistake, so I decided to send a message to CW. here is the response https://gyazo.com/823ad348072dc33c63f35af6bf060747

After this I got no further messages and he decided to argue with other people in the "CW-Scam" discord channel instead of making an effort to fix the issue. Mind you I haven't been rude once during these 180+ waiting days.

Today I woke up, wondering if anything else had happened with my situation, but when I checked the CW chat all I see is CW posting screenshots of our personal emails from over a year ago, trying to make jokes about how I would ask for coupons, even though the only reason I ask for coupons is because I only can afford my medicine because of disability, which makes fund for cannabis not much. He also gave said my package was much less then its original value. He was telling people in the chat he upgraded my package from a $900 pound to a $1900 one, even though initial orders value back in June was $1275. I find this to be an extremely unprofessional way to deal with your customers, especially when you are trying to make a good impression so they will come back and keep supporting the business.

It just really frustrates me that he assumes im lying even though I have been here for this whole process, vouching for others and helping them in any way I can. Trust me, if I could have gotten my full package, and just be done with checking the discord server multiple times a day stressing out, I would.

I am really sorry to hear of your frustrations... You aren't alone, but I am not going to allow another 50page mud slinging contest with CW on here..
