Hi everyone, new here, lurked around the subreddits, lurked around here, thought I should finally post.
Anyways, I was curious what people's thoughts are on the UI of the MOMs that you use. When I was looking around for my first purchase, website design absolutely influenced my purchase, and it still does. A nice, clean, professional site will win my dollars every time. I want to buy from people who've put a bit of work in, not something you made in your basement when Myspace was all the rage.
Personally, my favourite is GetWhitePalm. The website is clean, organized, and browsing is so damn easy.
So what about you? As a customer, how picky are you on a good user experience? And do you have a favourite site to use simply because it is nice to be on? Or is it just deals that matter the most?

2To me it’s all about the deals and the quality of the product. Customer service and their reputation/reviews also plays a big part for me.

3Customer service is definitely a huge part of the shopping experience, but first impressions are important as well.
I do the same thing with all websites I visit. If it's clunky, hard to find what I want, then I'm probably not going to stick around very long. Certainly not long enough to buy something.

4The deal gets me on the hook, so unless reviews are bad or the product looks bunk in the pics I'm in ..Customer service keeps me returning , If they dont provide me incentive to return I'll just follow the next deal..Almost made THS my home base but they didn't think I was worthy to keep so I bounced, to bad I really liked their product too but after 2 purchases (9oz) I still didn't deserve samples even begged them..haha forget it lots more places..

5I am always looking at the photos and I often wonder if the glamour shots I am seeing are real. I would like to see the MOMs date and sign the photos, possibly a placard - so I know this is their product and what I receive should look close to this.
And I am just as guilty looking for the deals - but if the vendor is not on the Clear MOM List, I need to see a lot of positive and current reviews on this site to tempt me to send a etransfer with no guarantee.

You didn't get ANY samples?
No they acted cold to me , I saw everywhere them handing out samples, even told me "we don't hand out sample anymore" then 2 days later run the contest, that peace ,love shit is a ruse.. still no complaints about the product they even asked me to review it..haha , like I should do them any favours
