How would you react, 2 order, same variety but smell and taste totally different!

How would you guys would react? I order some Black Cherry Platinium last week on a mom, I will keept their name quiet (for now!). I order 2 different kind, the Black Cherry was delicious but the second one, I would rate it 3/10 MAXIMUM (would have been good weed 10 years ago, and still even on the street 10 years ago, I was smoking better weed than this!

Since I loved the Black Cherry Platinum, I order 6 more oz split in two orders! I just start a new job today, so was not bad idea to stash some, but the first half of my order show up today, and its smell and taste close to the one I did not like last week!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I email the mom already, but I dont expect anything, I know I just got fucked very good! 😡😡😡

Wath you guys would do?
For sure if I dont have awnsers from the mom, I will let you guys know the name of this POS!

Sorry but I am soo frustrated at the moment!!! 😡😡😡

Always wait to hear back from the mom first.
Dont be saying they are 'pos' already just because you are frustrated.
Dont make assumptions as to a conclusion.
Dont make a post until ready to name the mom, THAT should show the severity of the situation. If you're not ready to name, the situation hasnt been made bad enough (lack of response, shitty response etc)

I understand being frustrated, but sometimes you just need to wait patiently. Shit happens, could easily have been a packing mistake. Could also have been intentional, usually the response from the MoM says it all.

Edit: it seems this also happened to you back in November with buymyweeddirect. The same situation, you never replied to them when they asked for your order number though.. and they tried twice. Could you be mistaking different phenotypes? Not every plant grows the exact same unless selectively bred.

Edit2: AND your first posts were rushing a CP investigation into a lost package (which takes up to 14 days) and you were getting pissed they were asking you to wait a few days more for it to conclude. Dude, just chill and wait.

There is always the possibility of human error at the dispensary, an error in packaging or strain selection/quality grading, it does happen and is always unintentional.
Keep in mind these places are handling hundreds of small packages every day it is easy to make mistakes and it is highly unlikely they are trying to screw you over. Although there is that possibility, most MoMs want your business back and aren't going to do something intentionally to screw you.
Make them aware and if they don't do something to make it right then I'd complain hard.

I bet tomfords talking about king tut. I picked up two oz at different times recently and noticed a huge difference as well. Same strain hes talking about. That's why I always try and keep orders small. I've learned a couple hard lessons.
