I just tried to sign up and put an order through SpeedGreens and had the worst time - Not sure if anyone else has experienced anything like this before
- it took over 45 minutes trying to get answers to some questions from the chat people
-the answers the first person gave were generic copied & pasted responses that were only vaguely relevant -if at all- to my questions
-I had to ask the same questions up to 4 times each and never got a response
-the first chat person asked me if there was anything else they could help with - and then logged off after my next question without replying - after ignoring 3 out of 4 of my questions that were repeated at least twice each
-a second chat person eventually came online and apologized for the first one and answered one question, then sat there typing something in with the chat window showing the three little dots as if they were going to respond - only to just stop talking entirely
-when I tried to register for an account, the website gave me an error "Invalid Nonce" - no explanation as to what went wrong
-I tried 4 or 5 different attempts at creating an acocunt with different usernames/emails/passwords tried because I had no idea why I was getting "Invalid Nonce"
-it took opening a different browser to enable account creation at which point I found out that there was a password requirement that wasn't being shown during the first 5 or so attempts, as well as captcha images to click on rather than just a simple checkbox
-the banner on the front page specifies $25 of speedgreens points being added to accounts & valid until july 12th but once I was able to get an account created & logged in, I saw only $0.20
-apparently you can't use points and coupon codes in the same transaction?
All I wanted to do was buy some shiz & get some questions answered - I didn't expect it to be this difficult and then be ignored multiple times.
It looks like I won't be purchasing anything from SpeedGreens after all which is unfortunate because I really like trying new MoM's and adding them to my site marimoko.biz (I was asked to remove the link - hopefully putting the name of the site without a direct link is acceptable)

I am absolutely NOT trying to bash a MoM at all - just presenting my extremely frustrating experience

2I also was passed to a second person they dont know their own promotions, btw the points are added after you make an order into your points bank like bonus points on this order, There is a referral link or coupon code I posted under shills that you can use, most dont stack but I got free flower and discount ones 1st order.

Some of these MoMs need to understand that customer service is just as important as the products they sell.
I put an order in through WTFcannabis instead, specifically because they went the extra mile to help out a user on this forum - customer service makes a big difference to me.

Only support managers have access to orders and customer accounts as we have strict security protocols in place to protect customer data.

We have many on going promotions and there are some restrictions in place including choosing between Speed Pass Points redemption or using a coupon code. Without some restrictions we would not be able to offer all of these promo's but we do our best to keep the restrictions to the absolute minimum.

6Speedgreens have promotions going on almost every weekend. And you get speedpass points for purchases to use on those weeks you don't like the coupons for. You CANNOT use both in one transaction. But they still have killer deals ALL the time. I'm super happy with speed greens, have been for a long time now. It's my only goto right now.

7I received an e-mail saying everyone has received $25 in the form of Speed Pass Points, yet nothing has been added to mine. Pretty confused by this. I can't use those Speed Pass Points if I already had a measly 200 points on hand? Doesn't make much sense to me.

10I told customer service the same thing they said they added it but it wasnt too much run around
also the recent con20 code off concentrates said applied but didnt even work
no it wasnt on a sale item
