Anyone have experience ordering from these guys? I've seen mixed reviews about customer service (saying payments weren't sent when they were etc). Other people say their service was flawless and the quality of bud is a bargain for the price. They look to have awesome prices so I'm interested in giving them a try.

I've ordered twice great service timely delivery best bud I've ever bought for the price don't do the smalls, get the big bud as they advertise it's well grown clean and fairly potent I know people here have had issues not me and even recieve a phone for a misunderstanding the first order

Between r/weeddeals being shut down and discovering this forum, I needed to place an order. Wish I had found this board sooner..... Placed an order, paid for it, then radio silence. I have emailed twice and called the listed phone number, no response on either. Going on day number 4 with no communication.
I can understand hiccups or mistakes, running out of a certain strain and needing to restock but this needs to be communicated to the customer. Thing is, this is a super competitive space and there are so many moms out there with stellar service, who you can actually get a hold of and ship on time that it isn't worth dealing with a dispensary that can't return emails or pick up the phone. Pretty sure I have been taken, I would suggest you AVOID THIS MOM.

you have to remember many of the recent MoMs are amateur start ups. Still fine tuning. If anyone wants to avoid stress , try less shopping to save and stick with the proven MoMs which poop can happen too but the proven outlets make reparations and offer extra for the mess ups.
Sabrinasworld was seemingly scamming users to increase their mailing list. offering freebees many never got...they post often that they are secure!

Something gave me an uneasy feeling about them from the start. I think it was seeing their spammy type advertisements on other subs (canadients, etc.) before they made their way over to our canadianMoM community.

It's almost as like they are more interested in getting people's sign up information than to sell quality products. Hopefully I'm wrong about that as their prices are certainly tempting.

We are a startup, and have been fine tuning. We have delivered thousands of orders however, and almost all have been satisfied. From your comments you seem to have never ordered from us. I singed up for that free sample pack about 2 weeks ago. Still haven't got anything and I don't expect I will get anything. I also emailed them about my account asking for help because I forgot my password and the rest password link for an email to reset it sends me nothing. Been about 2 weeks and no reply from them. These guys are a joke. With so many other vendors to choose from I say don't bother with these clowns.

Do you have any proof of ordering? A bunch of random people have been bashing this MOM.
If I could reset my password and log in then I would have proof. But they can't even send a damn password reset email let alone reply to one. No email from them was ever received by me. Not even one saying thanks for singing up. And like I say I can't even reset my password to log in to my account. Either way I have heard enough and experienced enough myself that they are on my personal do not bother with list.

It took 3 tries to get my free gram order. I ended up throwing out the rock hard RC square..(Not edible at all)

I am one of those random folks, so If you have any questions about my horrible experience,I'll take them here.I was ignored and asked to pay twice, and had to make a Paypal claim to get their attention.Then they lied about a refund they said I would get.

You are not sincere at all Bryan, I contacted you about your customer service asking me to mail back weed after you guys made a mistake with my order. I've yet to hear back from you regarding this.
