Problem with Kootenay Craft

I recently ordered from KootenayCraft, it was my first time ordering with them. I received what I ordered except for the 14g of Jack Herer, I had a note which said they had run out of jack so they upgraded me for free to the super lemon haze. The problem is that I ordered 14g of Jack Herer and I got only 7g of Super Lemon Haze in replacement. That is not what I call an upgrade...I am more short of 7g than I was upgraded. I wrote to them on april 10 and now, april 12, still no reply from them. They say on their website they answer in 24 hours. So I don't know if they do this often, did I just get ripped? Does anyone had bad experiences with this MOM? And why do they say they ran out of jack herer when you can still order it on their website? I hope this was not to save on shipping because it would have taken a bigger box to send it all.

Damn thats not cool.. they should have replaced it with 14g of something equivalent or better.. I hope it’s a mistake and they fix you up

Hey fellow community member,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
I know how it is working hard day in day out and paying tax on your hard earned money.
To purchase something that you want, and not get it can be very frustrating and disappointing.
I don't think the other MoM had bad intentions, but definitely should have been more considerate of your purchase as you've sent your funds for the goods.

Wow I just received a tracking number, I can't believe what is happening right now, I didnt know there was still some good people out there. This may be the greatest customer service experience I just had in my entire life. Thank you!!! I think Kootenay might have lost a client here!

He's well aware... that many of us are now much more interested in his business. As if anything was to go wrong... he'd be the first to admit, take responsibility, and actually over-deliver on solving the problem.

Tony is an awesome guy to deal with. Had a slight issue with my order sent him an email and he called back 3 minutes later. Mind was blown and he more then fixed everything. Big Thumbs up for this guy.
