I think it would be dope to have a thread where we post the strain we pressed, the MOM we got it from, and the yield it returned. It would be really fucking helpful when it came to ordering strains just for pressing
Something like this:
Strain & MOM:
Yield:
Temperature:
Length of Press:
Setup Info (Type of Plates, etc):
Other notes:

Great idea! It would also be cool to see the method used (type of press/plates setup), time and temp. These will all cause your yield to vary as well and it would be good for new folks to get a rough idea and maybe avoid asking the "how long/how hot" question so often, as well as allowing others to compare notes.

Should we perhaps do BHO / Rosin and specify? The yeild should be "similar" so I think it would be valid also.
thoughts?

I think bho probably deserves it's own separate thread. It's a different process.

totally agree, and I just realized that the topic is "rosin press log" lol!
I was only suggesting it based in the yield itself, not the process, but.. yea definitely not the right thread

Picture perhaps? Sounds yummy capt!
Do you use a press or anything on the straightener or just step on it? Been thinking about getting into rosin, this rosin log might do me in!
