I've used a Vaporesso NRG SE with a GTCCell using straight CO2 oil. It ripped like a mofo but left a really bad reclaimy taste for a while, but did eventually go back to vaping juice just fine. If you're thinking of using thinned oil in a wax setup like a Sai or Molecule, I would say don't. The Voodoo Drips tanks just look like CCell TH2 clones, you can get those online or at a good vape shop.
I don't have first hand experience with Smok, but I have heard to avoid them. That mod is overkill for CCells, but basically everything is, they run at a max of 10 W. If you're looking to eventually get a bucket atomizer then I'd recommend the Eleaf Pico 25. Flash Arctic Fox on their for better temperature control and the world is your oyster.

Yo right on thanks for the information. I definitely won't be investing the money in that direction. The CCell carts are what I'm looking for tho! Going to look further that way. I'm looking for something that can hold a thinned oil/shatter so I can use it at work. Was hoping to disguise it as a vape with e juice.

Been really looking into this and I'm finding believe it or not most places are recommending the kandypen Rubi for your/my setup .... distillate with small mix of voodoo drips, so after quite a bit of research I'm gonna give it a try I was wanting something bigger but no luck really....been using the vape 710 carts with a standard cheap pen style battery, also the vaperesso veco solo plus with .3 ohm ceramic coils...which ain't bad for big hits but alot of maintenance is required ie constantly cleaning to avoid splash back and clogging
