it looked fine to me which is why i dabbed it in the first place, nothing stood out to me until i was dabbing it and this residue started to appear, i took all the shatter and decarbed it to use as edibles after the buildup on my nail, so i can't take a photo of what the actual product looked like, i contacted them this morning through email and i haven't got a reply yet.

Did it crackle or sizzle at all? I mean im not gonna say its well purged but ive seen shatters create a large carbon residue before, It usually from not winterising the shatter. Residual fats and lipids may cause this. Should be completely fine to smoke.

not sure was very stoned when i dabbed it, they offered credit or replacement so i guess its solved but i don't know what is up with their shatter someone else suggested neem oil but i've also heard of blue residue being from improper purging.
