2We can grow 4 plants per residence starting Oct 17th. Hard to say when it comes to MOMs, they are illegal now and they'll be illegal then.

4Actually, I think I'm wrong about that. In Nova Scotia only government-run stores can sell but I guess it's different in other provinces including BC where they'll allow private businesses to sell. Sorry for misinfo, I'm not really sure what the status of MOMs will be
