We had a bad experience with a new MOM in the community this week so a lot of us are a bit frisky these days. I checked your site out and saw some red flags, mind sharing your thoughts on a few points?
First, I see you rate your bud on a 5A system. There's a standard pretty much every other MOM has adopted which is a 4A. A lot of members consider the 5A system to be a way to fool customers into buying weed that isn't as good as it's advertised. I'll be honest I think you're the first MOM I've seen use 5A on here.
Second, I see your lost package policy is that once it leaves for CP it's not your responsibility anymore. A lot of members here have had very bad experience with such policies. Many MOM's have a similar written policy but will usually replace packages so long as there is no abuse. How would you react if say a couple OZ package got lost (seized, lost, whatever) and a client asked for a replacement? Would it be a categorical no or is there some wiggle room to satisfy the customer?

3yeah that sounds like shitty TOS..Moms aren't the only ones fearing the swindle, whos to say this MOM isn't planning an exit scam, parcels once they leave for CP they're not responsible for hahaha..got scam written all over it..I wouldn't move on this thats for sure, not with-out reviews and then with those TOS It would have to be summat really special for me sacrificing the amounts I spend on product to have some shady mom ship incorrect and leave me holding the bag

4We do replace lost items, we have been in business for over year and have many happy, repeat customers.
The best solution I can offer to dispel any misgivings, is to make a small order off of our site. You won't be "risking" much of your money at all, especially if you use our 20% off promo code. 5That's good advice for sure. Don't take it the wrong way new MOMs are more than welcomed. You did not address the 5A system at all, I'm very curious to know why you went against the grain with that one.

6Absolutely, I totally understand the skepticism as there are probably many MOMs looking to make a quick buck that are scams or not focused on great products and service. I'm just here to offer an amazing MOm, with great products, prices, service and fast shipping.
The AAAAA grading system is used because we believe that our lowest quality strain is above single A and its a way for our customers to know our four tiers of pricing that goes from lowest to top quality.
As for our best strain, everybody's preferences are different, but a personal favorite is supernova and blueberry grape ape.
