I can understand. Were new to the site. I didn't include the end date on the original post (as maybe I should have). I did mention on Momday, I believe? the end date and time. Cant really expect you to read through all the messages though.

Was an interesting promo, as Zero money was made on most orders.

Didn't know how many orders we would get, as we got quite a few!

This promo was just to get all of our products in the hands of enough members here to give an honest review on our whole business. I think we achieved that.

We all love promos, that's a fact Haha. Going to be doing plenty during the course of business. I think the next one will be pretty solid.

In the future, I didn't mind being communicated with, if cash is tight. I have 2 open orders in the system using that promo code with payment coming at a later date. I'd like to hope that we will always be accommodating and always be for the people, you re not just a number.

If we grow our business, anyone hired WILL understand that's the way we run things. The day I get a bad customer service review will be a tough day for that employee.

Has anyone who ordered from them last night or earlier this morning got a tracking number for your package or anything? My payment was accepted about 20 mins after I placed my order (probably about 24 hours ago now) but the order still shows as "on hold" which I find odd because in all my other experiences with MoMs on hold usually means they are waiting for the payment.

It took them a little while to accept mine last week. Buddy probably has a day job and then does it all after work. Which may also explain the very early cutoff time for same day delivery, probably drops them off on the way to work.

Very true, I guess everyone has different schedules and responsibilities. Being patient has never been my strong suit and it probably doesn't help that I'm a bit paranoid ordering from a new MoM, but from everything I'm reading it seems there is nothing to worry about at all.

Still waiting on my tracking also,money was accepted at 12.40am(18hrs ago) , I've requested it a few times and got this about a couple hours ago,sure they are just swamped after the promo

Yep got my tracking number about half hour ago, says expected delivery is Tuesday. Shouldn't have worried at all, my mistake.

You guys deserve your tracking numbers a lot faster than we have been providing them. 100% agree!

Again, we are new and are learning as we go.

We have a problem, now this is our fix:

We now have the web admin able to be opened on his phone. He will now put the tracking numbers into the orders and send your confirmations as soon as he gets in his car from the Post Office. Up until now, he has dropped off the orders and had to do other work (work that presently pays the bills). He would then get back to our shop , log into the admin and enter the tracking codes. That changes today.

Growing pains, learning curve.... whatever. You should have gotten the codes faster, as some of you spent big bucks and I can see the concern with us being new.

We're definitely all caught up. We have a few new ones this evening that will be shipped tomorrow but will get tracking codes much sooner!

We have had some pretty solid product reviews so far though! We're happy with that because you guys seem to be!
