So today I was bored and found at Safeway in my area, a small package to make 6 cookies. I have some Mercedes black hash laying around and decided to try it out for baking edibles. This package was stupid simple, 2tbsp of butter and 1tbsp of water... Mix and bake. Simple.
So, I found a quick recipe online for hash butter and went to work, with a 1:1 ratio. ie 1g hash to 1tbsp of butter. (Yes I did decarb the hash)
Does anyone have any incite or experience using hash to make edibles (butter)? Are these gonna knock me on my ass? I do have a ridiculously high tolerance so I am looking for something potent...
Thoughts?

3Well yeah... I'm expecting maybe 300mg per g of this hash. If I'm lucky... Lol I dunno. I've always used bud for making edibles. I just wanted to see if anyone else made theirs with hash and what kind of results they had.
I must say this Mercedes hash (CW's) did melt into the butter with minimal residual traces. Again I must repeat myself and state that I did decarb the hash first... Maybe it's better then 10% lol I dunno. I'm gonna try one after work this morning and see how it goes

What kind of averages are the thc levels found in hash? Is 30% high?
I had a cookie and it was a great time. Most cookies I made before we're not strong enough. This one did the trick for sure... So I had a second cookie 2hrs later. LOL

5Hash should be in the 30-50% range but I wouldn't expect Mercedes to be much higher than 20% or so based on the buzz I got from it.

7The calculation seems right, But in this day and age i always do my math based on 15% thc per gram. 10% seem to low to me
