Notes: Overall great new MOM! But... When I received my order 1 Sky Extracts cartridge was missing from my order, so I contacted their customer service and the next day It was shipped to me for free! Unfortunately, when I received the cartridge, I tried it and didn't work... Tried to clean the cartridge connector and prop it up to have a good contact with the battery but nothing happens, the element doesn't seem to heat up... So I figured that I would transfer the distillate in an old cartridge that I have... A bit of a pain. Didn't want to bother SpeedGreens about this since it's not that big of a deal for me...

Despite this, I'll definitely order again! Their product selection is awesome, customer service is great and shipping is fast!

EDIT: After publishing my review, SpeedGreens offered me a free cartridge replacement or a store credit for my next order! Great customer service!

Hey there! Thanks for the review and our apologies for the mistake. I just read about the problem you had and it's the first time we've heard of a problem with one of our distillates. Don't think that it's a bother for us if you have any issues with any of our products, we really do mean it when say 100% customer satisfaction. Please send us an email and we will make sure you're compensated for this!
