Ordering & Pricing: I only looked at the concentrates. 91 Supreme shatter, live resin, diamonds, caviar and HCFSE/HTFSE. Pricing was good for the concentrates. I was able to use a 50% off code that Ganjawest posted in the New Moms Deals forum. I didn't expect the 50% off code to be available because I was a few hours late seeing it. I made an order and expected to use the 10% off + 3.5g code. I tried the 50% off code, it worked.
Communication: Communication was good. Updates on order processing and shipping. An item I ordered was out of stock and Ganjawest wanted to replace it with a more expensive concentrate of the same strain. Michelle contacted me and let me know my options. I replied to her late in the day and my order still got out that day which was cool.
Packaging: I've tossed all the packaging and don't really remember. I think it was two bubble wrap paper mailers. I don't think the product was shrink wrapped. The packaging was fine for this particular order.
Products / Photos: I may get to it but it was 91 Supreme Live Resins and Caviar.
Incentive for Customers: I think Ganjawest has Free shipping over $99, a 10% off and bonus 3.5g code. The customer service and speed of shipping is really good.
Incentive for Review: No. I am leaving a review because of a great experience.
Notes: Placed order evening of 23rd. Order was shipped afternoon of the 24th. Received package 25th. Ganjawest subbed a better product for an out of stock item on top of me getting 50% off. I've had a great experience and will be a repeat customer.

5Photo or not.. the review helped me, as I’m debating on trying ganjawest. Glad to see you had a positive experience.. I still haven’t seen a negative review on GW... maybe I’ll try them.

Ordering & Pricing: I wasn't lucky enough to snatch the five 50% off promo code but still used the bestwest for 10% off and a free 3.5g of bruce banner. The bud was fresh and cured properly. It was a nice smoke, but got a little bit paranoid on it LOL
Communication: Their live chat didn't reply me when I was on the site, but I left them my email and they got back to me within an hour.
Packaging: Packaging was nothing special, clear writing on what strain was in what bag. The 91supreme packaging was a lot more professional looking. They did vacuum seal my weed with the smell proof bags in them so didn't smell at all.
Products / Photos: Got half an oz of their Durban poison. Gives an electrifying, euphoric high. DP has tight, cone-shaped buds with a distinctive, pungent aroma of resin and pine. Great for day time and munchies.
Order an oz of their black diamond shatter for $550 which is an amazing price! Had to email them about the oz of shatter cause I saw them advertising on another thread on mom. The bulk shatter isn't offered on their actual site, so I emailed them at [email protected] a day before placing my actual order. I also ordered a gram of the supreme purple wreck just to see the quality difference between branded vs non branded. Honestly other than the dark color on the unbranded shatter, I couldn' tell the difference, got high AF on both 
The free 3.5g of bruce banner was surprisingly of a high quality. I had order from other sites that gave free samples before and they all looked like bottom shakes from low end grade weed. This Sativa-Social, Indica-Ideal Hybrid is the perfect balanced mellow/energetic up-mood-elevating

9Alright these guys are pretty legit. I'll try to make my own review a little later on. They offered me a spanking deal I couldn't resist. Was hesitant since they're a New MoM but upon receiving my order.. I'm happy I ordered from them.
