yeah thats pretty much it, I had no issues regarding quality , but did request first time samples(with my order) for repeat business since I noticed that they were handing them out for reviews(gave me the run around ,chain of command excuse) knew this was going to be included in my personal reviews(also first time) so I was ordering $1000s worth of products in all diff quality 3 diff moms and they called me out stating samples were only for approved reviews and reviewers and once I made their review they wanted a link so they could decide whether it was acceptable for samples to be included in the next order...lol.. you know, why this forum uses templates for reviews anyways..that irk'd me and left a bad taste in my mouth..
We sent you a detailed private message regarding this topic and had thought we had explained our position very clearly but it seems that you have not read the message or any of the previous responses we've made to you. To make a long story short:
1.) We asked you for links to previous reviews that you've posted for other MoMs so we could verify that you've actually posted a review period. We explained the reason for this was because we've sent out sample packs to customers who did not post a review for us at all and were obviously fishing for sample packs as a freebie. We would also like to note that this review you posted came 6 weeks after your order was delivered and after we mentioned to you that you had never posted a review of that order in another thread.
2.) We have never asked in any way, shape or form for a positive review before we send out a sample pack, in fact, we've explained to you numerous times that we have given sample packs specifically to customers who had previously posted a less than positive and/or negative review of us. This would be the complete opposite of what you are suggesting.
