It could be a hack and they do not even know, whoever that Mom is. KT seems fine to me but I did get the email too.

Please don't be bummed. We are legit. We will sell no private information of our members to anyone EVER.

This is not the way we do business or plan to do business in the future. We are building a business based on trust. In no way did we sell anything to anyone. I have chatted with my I.T. people and they have said that we have not been breached, hacked or in any way been taken advantage of.

I can see a few Reddit posters that enjoy jumping to conclusions and of course, creating a drama buzz with their kind words. These are the words you can attach to King Tuts: Honest, Trustworthy and Accountable.

For those of you that have dealt with me in the past. I'll let you come to your own conclusion on how I run this business because talk is cheap.

Has any of the people called up this company in question and asked them how they got their email? I would answer that, no problem.

OK but what about the KT coin shenanigans? You have to admit it is a weird coincidence.

I didn't get the Canada Bliss email and I'm signed up with Kt. I got the point email though, but not a follow up about correcting them like some others.
Everyone's so quick to assume it's KT, what about the green ace? cwf? I see those consistently mentioned throughout the post as well, I am not signed up with either, as I did not get the bliss email my money is on the green ace frankly.

I'm on The Green Ace and CWF, as we as about 20 MOMs sites and I did not get that email. I am not on King Tuts. I don't think it's an unreasonnable assumption at this point but several KT users did not get it so its not definitive.

I suspect the coin thing (being a MOM that runs a loyalty program) was that they were adding coins to someone manually and instead of just that user, they accidentally sent it to ALL users, then had to go and retract the coins from those that weren't supposed to get them. Just weird timing it happened around the same time as the emails from whoever.

We had a member that was supposed to get some coins put into his account. In that field, there is a simple click for all and or to enter a members name. The all was clicked by accident. I would call it a shennanagin on our part yes and kinda sucked obviously. A simple coincidence, that is a fact. Had zero to do with this email issue.

Several is a very low number that have publicly mentioned that the did not get this email and are a member of ours. Quite a few have and I have reached out to many that I know personally and they have not either.

Everything is a fair assumption I assume but the word several far from describes the amount that have come forward to say that they did not receive this email.

The good news is the amount of members we do have. This was built in a very short time. I'm sure you can imagine that I believe our business is growing just fine and I have no need to sell emails. Again, no breach was detected.

For those looking for answers and worried about selling emails or whatever, please take the time to look at the customer base we have built in the short time. This was built on Honesty Trust and Accountability. These are words and values that we will always have while I'm on the deck and I plan on going nowhere.

It's nice to be able to respond and defend myself here. I appreciate that opportunity, as it only takes a couple of people to say SOLD EMAILS, CAN'T BE TRUSTED... then you would be surprised at the amount of people that follow and are tainted by these accusations.

Sold emails.... Look even if I were to ever get emails from another company, I would ask that company to let their customers know to expect an email from us and give them a brief of why and what they are gonna say AND if they want, they can unsubscribe at that moment.

That's how you do business.

That's how you don't get this crap flying around.

Can confirm no email has been received on my end.

We don't sell info to our competition. As we are new and would love to keep our clientele than to give them to competition. All of our customer's info is safe and never shared. Rest assured.

can vouch for Green Ace I'm also being spammed(another came in this morning) and have no account with them

I read on reddit that someone had unsubscribed, and upon that it basically stated that they were a part of FCC. Fair canna care....

I had not signed up with FCC personally so if it is connected they got their mailing list from somewhere else.

The good news is Gmail is now auto blocking their mail as spam. Hooray! Make sure to mark it as spam manually so their algorithms start blocking it for everyone.
