Hey , just wondering what are the general thoughts about rosin ?
Have you tried it ? Did you like it ? Do you think the ratio/price is acceptable ?
I've tried rosin from a friend that used a hair straightener. He had less that a gram of 3 different strains each and i enjoyed all of them.
Much better taste than Shatter imo. So since i came back from the cottage all ive been looking at is how to put an acceptable press together , which would be around 800 $ CAD .
Re: Rosin
2i haven tried rosin yet. But whats stopping me is the really the price. I dont remember correctly but the yield should be around 30%, i could be wrong. Im defiantly looking for a trust worthy place that sells Thca or Thc crystalline. Thats defiantly on my to do list.CADMomReviews wrote: Sun Jul 15, 2018 9:06 pm Hey , just wondering what are the general thoughts about rosin ?

Re: Rosin
3I tried Rosin recently, and I was definitely impressed! Squish from Evergreen to be exact, Sour Diesel. I don't usually pay much attention to mentions of taste/flavours as my taste buds sucks, but this definitely was hard to miss. It kinda wore off afterwards, but that first one was WOW! Definitely looking out for Rosin now too. In General, I find Evergreen prices seems very fairDankBud wrote: Sun Jul 15, 2018 9:59 pmi haven tried rosin yet. A nice yield would be between 10/20% so about 2.8/5.6g per ounce.
Re: Rosin
6I've seen videos as where you can just actually use a curling iron lolRaNdMViLnCE wrote: Sat Aug 18, 2018 3:47 pmIt's actually pretty cheap if you press your own. This does require some investment in gear though.. retail price is high for finished product though compared to shatter yes.Deezy88 wrote: Thu Aug 16, 2018 10:28 am Like above, Rosin is too expensive for what it is. However, it's super clean
Re: Rosin
7It doesn't contain any solvents (chemicals used to extract other concentrates). You can use a hair straightener, but it may be a little tedious. No concentrates in Canada till next year but you can buy a rosin press. Just make sure it is for you as it has a higher price tag. https://smokepotcanada.com/blogs/news/r ... ying-guide
