Hey all,

Just wanted to highlight my recent experience with ap3xsupply.com because another user here suggested I do it. Placed an order after seeing this post (https://canadianmom.info/forum/viewtopi ... =20&t=3484) on the forum. It clearly says that shipping will resume on Wednesday. I placed my order on Monday, Feb 11th believing that my order would be shipped by Friday. Fast forward to Monday, Feb 18th and I haven't received any communication about my order or if it has been shipped. So, I send Ap3x this message via e-mail:

"Hey, I placed an order (xxxxx) on February 11th and I still haven't received shipping info. I'd like to cancel the order and receive a refund. It's been too long and I'm starting to get worried about my money.

Thanks for understanding."

Very shortly after, I receive this response:

"I'm sorry but I will no longer be giving refunds and exposing my own personal safety...I will be shipping the orders tomorrow today was a holiday. If you would like store credit we can do that..."

I reply:

"I know that today is a holiday, no need to be snarky. I appreciate the quick response, but it would have been nice to receive some information on my order within a week of sending payment.

Have a good night, peace and love. "

Ap3x:

"I wasn't trying to be snarky sir just stating that today was a holiday sorry you took it that way."

I replied today:

"I didn't ask if it was a holiday, nor did I ask you to ship the package yesterday. I don't see how that was a relevant fact to state. You conveniently forgot to address my point about the lack of update or communication on your part. I sincerely hope that you will send out the package today.

Additionally, giving me the option for store credit was an insult. Nobody forced you to open this online storefront, I don't understand why you're taking orders if you cannot fulfill them."

He replied 15 minutes later:

"I'm sorry you feel this way. Your package has been sent when I get time later I'll give you the tracking number... I dont appreciate the attitude and will no longer be serving you"

I have to say my experience ordering through ap3xsupply.com was the only negative experience I've had ordering with a MOM after 2 years of regular orders with many different MOMs. What's written above is every word from our exchange and nothing has been edited or left out.

I will give him 1/5 stars for my review because he's very quick to respond to messages. I'll give an update if I ever receive a tracking number.

Tried to rectify a situation on discord over the weekend, surprisingly the only courteous responses I've received was from Ap3x themselves, his clique quickly defended him and refered to insults. Got a chance to see he was shipping today, and saw that someone received his actual order today. Still waiting on a tracking, as well as the product before I write a review, which will be for the product only, since the delays have already been addressed in a few threads.

The Green Ace just plain "forgot" to send me 2ozs from a QP once... That was a week or more wait. Nobody is perfect, but the attitude in those responses is pretty putrid.. Sorry for your experience.

Lol good to know the Discord channel is up to its usual bullshit. I actually stopped going on it myself when I was ripped off by a mom and had users not only defending him on the channel but also coming onto my threads on Reddit downvoting my complaints. Needless to say that mom disappeared and I never got my package from him.

Bubble Extracts, highly recommended by two regulars on Discord: yourself and HashyHead or whatever his name is (Mtl99?). It put such a bad taste in my mouth I never signed on from that day going forward. That still remains the only time I’ve been shafted on an order and the reason why I almost never take recommendations from any users.

Just so everyone knows canada post was open yesterday as well could have been shipped had my package shipped out.....cheapweed.ca I would recommend I have been ordering off them a few months and had two orders with mix ups. Got a reply back both times that night and first time was fixed next day. They offered credit which I dont mind since I order very reqularly....second time took 3 days checked there cameras got a refund....my orders are always shipped same day or next and even do priority for a little extra.

Ah yeah I vaguely remember that. I remember BE putting the blame on you and you blaming them, was about a CP fuckup of some kind right? I don't remember anyone making fun of you though, but Discord can get pretty trolly. This was before the "great divide", the crowd on the Discord changed dramatically since then. I was moderator for a while and I like to think I've straightened the place up quite a bit when it comes to respect and it being a positive place to be at. I since quit the mod job, but it remains a very nice place IMHO, very different from what it was this summer when I initially joined.

BE did eventually close down, the new Quebec laws that came with legalization makes it pretty much impossible for a MOM to operate here, the penalties are just batshit crazy.
