I haven't ordered with this MOM before but I can assure you this post will not stop me from ordering from them in the future. Sucks that CP lost it, Shit happens, time to move on.
On a side note, its best not to grab for friends or family, there are lots of MOMs out there and they can order for themselves. I had this happen to me once before (by a street thug) and I too had to pay out of pocket, never again.

43In my book if the package was accepted by the post office this is all the MOM can do. I'm not trying to take sides here, I feel for your loss but they have zero control after it is accepted at the post office. And opening a ticket, for an illegal pound of weed? If it were me id just take the hit instead of go through all that.

44Sorry i didn’t feel like writing a long post so i kinda didn’t expressed myself correctly , first of , i didn’t mean to accuse you of a scammer for free weed , but i have seen it happened before . I fully understand this is frustrating for you because you might loose a big amount , but what i was trying to say is , it might be not his fault , i mean , the guy ship out your package , PC lost it or whatever happen afterward is no longer the responsibility of the mom . And PC are a bunch of retards that never give the appropriate infos , maybe he did call but the pc rep didn’t do his job , or maybe he did call , but find out the package was sized and didn’t open the case because it might get him in trouble , in this kind of situation, the mom will usually wait untill it’s certainly lost , sized and there’s no way to get it back , then he will send you a replacement , and usually it will take over a month . I know it suck! But it’s part of the game. And second , there’s certain city or address , that always get problem with weed order , don’t ask me how or why , but i have seen certain person , and always the same person that have problem with their order , while other ppl order at the same place at the same time and never get any problem . So the problem might be the address you wanted to be sent to . Try a different address next time . Order less , for less risk , and if it does have problem , there’s more chance the mom will replace the order sooner if the amount is not too high . And last ... try to be in his shoes for a few mins .... what would you do ?

46Thanks for your support. Honestly this client has been very dishonourable towards this case. We were always transparent with what was going on and the client would always misread or ignore half the things we say or even what the community says. Makes up lies and keeps complaining/freaking out even though we sent him 2 replacements. If you read this thread there was a case he freaked out and called us liars when canada post hasn't even delivered the package. all he had to do was check the tracking number to see the status change but instead he went on these platforms and making up lies that we ignored him. 1) The poster is a bit hyper and has overreacted - but not everyone is polished. I remember a time when I asked a MOM here to fulfill their orders as they had backlogged for months and the owner started harassing me on all platforms trying show his thug side to me. With that being said CAD 1300 is not a small amount and if its just vanished in the air - it would be an issue of concern. So I would cut him/her some slack. You can clearly see that English might not even be his first language (I used to be an ESL student).
2) I did some research on PC and they checkout. Now if a package has been given a tracking number and sent out twice - the only logical explanations are that either their bulk packaging sucks and CP has just kept it for it being sketchy OR the address might be incorrect or the local CP officer/office has just screwed over this poster.
Pacific Cannabis - Can you post the tracking status of both the packages?? barring the senstive information - When was your last conversation with CP and what did they say? Even though you are annoyed and you might think your business might take a hit. I didnt know of you guys before the posts on here and Reddit. So make nice on your part atleast.

48Honestly this has been going on for so long. If you have been involved with the discord conversations and reddit you'll know how much this client has lied. We don't even want to address this anymore. We showed the community the pictures of our conversation when he lies and overreacts and we're just done with this. We told the client we won't be taking his business, not because he is a scammer but because he is not honest and reasonable. We have the conversation that we said we have an investigation with CP atm about those 2 packages, but what do you know, another lie. He deleted that post so noone would see. Lucky someone quoted him.

50I'm erasing the publication because I just learned from Canada Post that the first package was seized and not lost as you told me. and I do not like to share my order on the Internet because it leaves traces. and you just told me that you will send a third time. and for the 2 parcels, it's canada post that told me that you did not open an investigation. I can tell you that the third time was the right one. I received my things. but it's the worst order I've ever received. It's definitely not AAA as I ordered. its only size of popcorn. bigger bud weight 0.7g. No smell and taste terrible . not potent.for beginner smoker .i smoke 0.5g j without effect. very disappointing. but at least I received something. he told me not order again on his website. Its is sure that I will never use his website again because there are many other better mom than him.

Say thank you and move on buddy. It was a bad experience for you and I can understand your situation - next time I would go to a more trusted MoM and more importanly excersize some patience and caution with your behavior. Any other MoM would have told you to go suck it if they had to replace a QP three times.
Kudos to Pacific Cannabis and team to replace a package 3 times. I would make sure that your packaging is perfect and follow up with what went wrong with CP. 10 bucks worth of extra bubble-wrap could've saved you a ton.
