Recently bought a qp of Blackwater from Hillside Pharms.
They sent only 1 ounce instead of 4, contacted them the minute I opened my package and realized a mistake. Took pics and was prepared to have a long inquiry into the circumstances. Within 2 hours of emailing CS they replied with a "sorry our mistake, the other 3 ounces will be shipped today!".
No hassle, no run around, they made it right. Must have good practices for inventory and packaging if the mistake was caught that quick.
Goes to show that HSP will honour their deals and respect their customers. Thanks for the great weed, it is very caked and yummy.
