Quickgreens.ca terrible customer service

I placed an order on April 23 and was Leary of the direct deposit on the etransfer but I figured if it speeds up the process why not. I got my usual confirmed order and confirmed payment emails..and then I waited..... and waited. Asked for a tracking # received an email back asking my order #. Told Amy@customer service my order appears to be MIA and I had selected the present ID and sign for the package option. I get told to contact Canada Post...I asked for the information and number to contact....I receive a email response telling me to look up my local Canada Post contact information.
My friggin order is MIA I spent my budget on the sale and this customer service representative "Amy" isn't helping me at all. Now I have NO Green and there seems to be no interest in resolving this issue.

Hey there Taisha,
I tried these guys before back in December, ordering the two vape pens for $80 (now they selling for $100 for some reason battery didn't even last to vape out all the product!) I believe they are out of Calgary I could be wrong there tho. I live only 2 hours away from Calgary and it still took them I think it was 6 frigen days just to get something delivered! So hopefully something is still coming your way, I received a tracking number when I ordered it tho, so sorry to hear you didn't get one of those! :cry: Cant believe their telling YOU to deal with it...lol, brutal...

That's not cool to put locating the package on you who, to this point, have had nothing to do with. Ask for credit towards a new order or a replacement to be sent out.

Some people are on tight budgets and or use it for actual medical reasons so when an order isn't fulfilled it can cause issues. I'd use MOMs who are understanding of that and offer support, not act like corner dealers.

If I was a MOM reading this I'd fire you off a couple 3.5 samples for the cost of shipping to get you stocked and earn future business lol sadly I'm not so hopefully it gets sorted.

You also have to realise that if Canada Post realizes what is in the package they will dispose of it.
CP can't legally search the mail unless its obvious, which means it wasn't packaged correctly.

Packages must meet the federal government guidelines and Canada Post requirements by remaining secure and tamper resistant, anonymous, odour proof and meet the weight requirement.

To ensure that your shipment remains in the delivery network, it must not be identifiable as cannabis, emit a strong odour due to improper packaging or have branding on the outer packaging."

Well I went to the website and messaged about my issue and the new person I am dealing with has taken the week to look into and decide to mail out another package. They have sold out of some of my items so let's see what happens. Honestly as long as it is a sativa or hybrid strain I am happy! Let's see if quickgreens.ca can redeem themselves. I heard thier product is good. I hope they have a new customer service representative for future customers as Amy is not right for the job!
