Hey guys
You know trying to be Pateint and really I know nothing I ca do anyways.
I’m not one of the “call the cops” type people. Cut the loss is more like it.
Jw if anyone has received a REAL email from him, some people state on “reddit” of refunds but I don’t really see anything.
I know we beating this but sucks for all the coustermers and patients that need it. And PAID for it.
Thanks y’all
Re: Has anyone actually received a email from tony ?
2I got a phone call from him last night asking me to be patient. Its huge and hes trying to get it delt with. Ive had 20+ orders with him. Ill give him the benifit of the doubt. Im sitting on an 850 loss right now.
Re: Has anyone actually received a email from tony ?
3Nothing. I emailed them 4 days ago after my package didn’t show only to discover the fiasco going on. Tracking show’s package was accepted at the post office and that’s it no scans after that. Order worth 500$ is a weeks pay for me it’s a lot of money

To those whom have been affected from empty boxes being delivered from the June 20th period and earlier dates
We have ultimately completed our investigation with Canada Post and have determined this theft may have involved multiple Canada Post delivery driver's from the pick up route.
There hasn't been any reported issues with theft leaving the actual sorting facility as Canada post has mentioned to us however that being said we did have several hundreds of packages get stolen and at this time we company is unable to financially unable to re-coup these losses in a form of a refund.
We do understand the frustration for those involved.. however we will be launching a CW-REPAYMENT PLAN , in which we will offer back 25% store credit and reoccurring percentage discount on future orders until the original amount is re-paid. We do understand if this creates further frustration, however we are hoping in good faith our clients understand on our end this is NOT an exit scam, and we are genuinely creating a financial plan in order to re-pay all those involved however over a course of time
We are looking at selling our home and also lending from the bank in order to pull more capital to cover operational costs and definitely have to say this act of theft has definitely been devastating for our clients, myself and definitely our brand
Regardless of what is being said, we want to really show you that we are going to honor the full refund however this is the only way the refund can be handled
We would like to request at this time please contact [email protected] with an email only containing Your order #, Your email address, + dollar amount lost
PLEASE DO NOT SEND DUPLICATE EMAILS AS WE WILL BE SORTING THROUGH THIS DAILY AND RESPONDING AS WE ISSUE THE STORE CREDIT + ADDITIONAL POINTS AS REQUIRED"

7probably for the best of the forum, would hate to think people are still being directed there from some banner ad, should even add it to the issues section on the MOM list
Re: Has anyone actually received a email from tony ?
8I don't want to believe Tony scheisted us, I grew to trust him over the past while. Seems like a strange way to go out - I seen a few exit scams go down on other forums for different products and it was a clear scam then. Tony took over a year to build a reputation and was moving ahead it seemed. New products popping up and lots of happy people. I'm still holding out hope, but it's dwindling. Especially with that reddit message of an 'email' that I didn't get. As a customer of CW since their launch, and with two missing orders, I figure I should at least have gotten the automated message.
Re: Has anyone actually received a email from tony ?
9Well, I saw that update and if true, I have some issues with it:
Tony has the money for these orders. He's not actually out the cash. Why is he not refunding at least his profit point? Like right now...
He can't possibly expect anybody to trust him by sending MORE money with nothing but promises.
There's also the 800lbs gorilla in the room. There is no way that 100s of packages got stolen by CP in such a short time. There's also no way a theft of that scale would have been investigated and concluded in such a short time.
Who knows, my intuition may be wrong, but I'm going to need to see the contact information of the postal inspector that handled the case.
As unpleasant as this is, Cheapweed should not be on the approved list here, nor a sponsor of the website because of these issues. I've been a supporter of Tony in the past, but this is a bit too much.
