We are only going to address these issues once.
If there are any kind of empty box issues please have video proof of the unboxing. We actually have photo proof of our orders before they are sent out so we know its not on our end or if its tampered with.
In this situation the client did not show us any proof of the box opening. All we got was a message that said box is empty & “the mailman even said it feels like it’s empty”. So we asked why didn’t he think to record the opening if it feels empty, mailman said it’s empty.... We're not going to reimburse a full package and just a simple email with nothing behind it. Also cause we have spoken to many moms and there’s a trend of people doing this because cheapweed had this problem. So a lot of people are just pulling this to scam. I’m not saying the client a scammer but we need at least some measures of certainty that it was really empty. Not just a box that was opened and someone said “it’s empty” and this issue has been thrown around since the cheapweed scandal. Anyone can rip open a box, take the contents and just say it was empty.

Please be more thorough when unboxing if the box may feel empty or any suspicion with the content as these are sensitive times with the current scandals.
