Ordering & Pricing: I ordered a quarter of Bruce Banner flower when they were giving away those free 1g of sap. It was 65$ for the quarter + 20$ shipping - 20% for their new year sale.

Communication: I decided to get a quarter of flower along with the free sample to test them put. I asked for recommendations in the chat for flower and got told Bruce Banner. After receiving my package and being disappointed by the product, I worked out a resolution with Bryce on Discord but he never confirmed and didn't answer my other inquiries. This is very disappointing behavior. Don't offer me something if you will not actually do it and just stop answering. I was actually happy with the sap and may have gotten more but that will not happen now.

Notes: I would not recommend. Their recommended flower was pretty terrible (I didn't even try vaping it since I have better stuff from elsewhere. It's sitting in 94% for a tincture at the moment.) I also got played on a resolution which never came.

Yeah, I had heard people have good experiences so I was a bit surprised. At this point, they missed my train and I won't be stopping at their shop again. Just wanted to warn others... was about to post on the sub when it got shot down (I did give him time and the benefit of the doubt).

I do like shopping around so it's not the worst thing in the world, but still quite disrespectful to the customer IMO. I've also never had flower that looked like that from a MOM before so they're really not giving me ANY reason to go back.

Wow..!! Shit, was sitting here like 'wow, this is the exact situation I was in'.
I added some extra flower to my order from them, Bruce Banner also being one of the choices, as well as the Sap you received. So there was the fact I paid for 3.5g of shatter and got the sap. Then, Bruce Banner was moldy or something off with it, so I inquired about it and Bryce went on another account, posting a blurry ass photo making fun of me cuz I had asked what was wrong with it!! I'm a daily smoker, have been 12+ years and haven't gotten stuff like that before. The Pennywise I bought was also brown and gross. The other types of flower I got were meh, nothing wrong but really not great. As for the quality of the sap, I didn't overly mind it for what it was and it wouldn't have been a big deal had it not been for the back and forth and misleading of it. As for the consistency, quantity part of it, I lost quite a bit of sap, enough that it made a difference and was told a replacement would be sent free of charge. When I wanted to get it sent to me, they changed their policy and tried to offer credit so I would have to come purchase more product without receiving what he said he was sending XD ,

Anyway, I am sorry to see this happen to someone else as I know it's shitty when you're relying on it to get you through and it was their recommendation of what to get which is pretty shitty to do as a business to your returning paying customers! I hope if nothing is sorted for you that you find a new MOM that gives the respectful customer service with quality product that won't let you down. I also have not been back.
Was a nice honest review though it is a bad outcome, What kinda stuff you into for strains/concentrates/edibles? If any similar to my tastes could give some good recommendations on ones and places I've tried if ya like similar stuff?!

That Bruce Banner it just terrible looking....Your review sounds about right, I got 1 of 3 bad flowers 1 really bad batch of shatter, 1 badly packaged shatter and lots of over promising with no delivery. Just move on, many other MOMS to try.

Damn, I actually liked the Bruce Banner - i got a half oz. I had one semi-mature seed but that didn't bother me much.
Not much of a nose on it, i split my joints with mostly bruce banner and white widow and it was great.

sorry to hear your experiences were the total opposite of mine. I find bruce banner to be an odd looking/smelling strain anyway.
