MOM Rating 10/10

This is my third purchase from PacificGrass since they opened - and I couldn’t be more satisfied. 10/10 MOM. I’m so satisfied, that I even decided to post a review of this length (long for me - personally). They do offer points for reviews - but I would be posting anyway. I give recognition where recognition is due. I truly believe in this community and I’ve always used other’s post to inform myself about good and bad experiences people have had, so I think it’s my time to leave a small contribution to the community.

General: I saw their weekend deal 2 oz deal for 15% OFF (price drop from $304 to $258). They have several different options: Cherry Afghani, White Widow, Pre 98 Bubba Kush, Platinum Kush, Pink Kush, God Bud, and Ghost OG.
I decided to go with Pre-98 Bubba and Pink Kush. Actually, I thought to try to match some totally different strains that I never tried before, but since I’m buying one oz of each, I thought that maybe it’s a little too much to risk and buy something that I wouldn’t like. I wanted to enjoy my 2 oz meal and I wanted to spend my hard earned money on strains I know.

Pre-98 Bubba Kush: Highly potent strain - it really gives me my much needed buzz and allows me to forget about my stressful days at work. The smell was just like it should be: earthy, pungent and a little citrus. You can tell that it was fresh. They listed it as AAA, I would go with AAA+!!! Image Below:
Pink Kush: Solid bud and gave me that sweet mellow state, where I just lay couched lock and watch Power. Image Below:
Nug size comparison below. Majority of the nugs were midsized but did range from large to small nugs.
Package and delivery: I got the package 2 days after I placed the order (order placed on 26th and got it 28th). They use XpressPost shipping. Packaging was very professional as were by first two orders. Standard pizza box with weed vacuum sealed in zips that are nicely labeled. They even threw in bonus socks. I now have two pairs haha.

Payment and processing time: I paid with all three of my orders with credit card - no issues. Get you order in before 6pm PST to get next day shipping.

Customer Service: TOP NOTCH! They literally answered every question in less than 5 mins and gave me all the additional info that I needed. Give them a message and put this to the test! I’m an eager beaver but Bobby assured me the package should be delivered in a maximum of 2 days (I’m in AB), and I really got it on Monday! (2 days after placing my order). They also sent me a follow-up message and asked if everything is ok. Really kind and professional. I don’t have any negative remarks what so ever! As long as you keep providing good flowers and good support, you’ll have me as a customer! Nicely done PG!
