I've been ordering off these guys for about an year now, I've heard all the horror stories about them, but I never cared because CS wasn't a big deal to me. I used to only care about the product and the price tag, and OKG did well for those 2 things until recently.

OKG had the Green Gold Shatter, and Coast for $375/oz to make up for the previous batch (previous batch was all cracked up, which I also bought 2 ounces of previously). I was hesitant so I emailed them asking if the product is really all good they said 'yeah were doing this to make up for the fucked up batch this stuff is all good' blah blah blah. So I buy 4 ounces of it everything looks all good at first. I give it to some of my people and they complain that it got that pine resin stuff that makes peoples bongs/pipes turn white. So basically I got sent in another bullshit batch that was suppose to makeup for the previous bullshit batch LMAO.

In the past I've received a bad batch of shatter from BMWD, and they sent in a replacement package no extra costs no hassle and the shatter was all good! So i'm like okay BMWD replaced my shatter, OKG should do the same right? Or at-least some type of compensation.

Nah lol he doesn't, just blames it on his supplier and say's he already took the L by selling it for cost. Doesn't take no responsibility and says he fired the old management that I was previously talking too. AHhhhhhh I learned my lesson dont fuck with OKG anymore, guys just a overall dickhead and not nice to deal with it. Take your business elsewhere bunch of other MoM's with better CS.

Damn it feels like all these places, once they get a little success they all start acting like douchebags, even to their longest customers. Thanks, they are now on my avoid list, along with TOGO who just screwed me this week.

Yea thats how it is these days, but not all MoM's are like that only a couple. I spent over 12k on OKG and they couldn't give 2 fucks..

yeaaaa man first 2 wasnt that bad it was just cracked up as hell still smokeable but the next 4 were a bad batch for sure. Straight up man this guy just wants to profit doesn't even care about his customers. I never complain about MoM's or go on reddit and CMOM's to talk shit but this time I felt it was justified.

They had no problem sending me a free oz the last time this happened.
Not sure why it didn't work out the same for you.
I didn't even have to ask for a replacement.
I just emailed them letting them know it was really unstable and sticky. I asked if they had any advice on how to work with it.
They messaged me within an hr apologizing and offered me a free half oz.
When it arrived they sent me a full oz and a 3.5 of their weed. I was really cool about it with them tho.

What a different experience.

Calling OKG reputable is a stretch. They've always been sketch as fuck about replacements, missing packages and just about any issue, it's well known and most people steer clear of them because of that.

I've only ordered from OKG once so I can't really say. But I believe theirs more good reviews than bad and the ones that are bad are also sometimes questionable.
Unlike yours I believe it's very real and only stating my own research on them along with a shitty first order and great experience with customer service unlike this one.
