I can understand hiccups or mistakes, running out of a certain strain and needing to restock but this needs to be communicated to the customer. Thing is, this is a super competitive space and there are so many moms out there with stellar service, who you can actually get a hold of and ship on time that it isn't worth dealing with a dispensary that can't return emails or pick up the phone. Pretty sure I have been taken, I would suggest you AVOID THIS MOM.
We are a startup, and have been fine tuning. We have delivered thousands of orders however, and almost all have been satisfied. From your comments you seem to have never ordered from us. Every free sample pack we receive is sent. Some have been lost in the mail. We promptly send replacements. I can tell you are not a customer, nor have you received a free gram. Otherwise you would know we do not spam any one. In fact, we have not sent a single email to our mail list since our inception. If I could reset my password and log in then I would have proof. But they can't even send a damn password reset email let alone reply to one. No email from them was ever received by me. Not even one saying thanks for singing up. And like I say I can't even reset my password to log in to my account. It took 3 tries to get my free gram order.
