Sign Up: A little bit more than the standard as they require a medical card. I am told that if you google a medical card they will accept pretty much anything but I can not actually confirm this.
Ordering & Pricing: Ordering was good on the website, very straight forward. They have a lot of different products but I was just looking for CBD on this order so I can't speak to the rest. Pricing was decent but I have found it cheaper at other places, now this being said, I can't confirm the quality of other places so this may indeed be better pricing than I think and would then warrant a higher rating.
Communication: Communication took 3 days (3 working days) for a response which I was a little surprised with but was not horrible. Could have been a one of sort of thing
Packaging: Packaging was decent, pretty average. boxed up to protect the items.

Notes: I am fairly new to CBD so I only have a bit to go off of but this works very well for me. As you can see in the photo, the distillate over time can start to crystallize in the syringe. The note that came along with it tells you to place it in some warm water and it will de-crystallize, I did this and the small amount of crystallization went away very fast. Over time I might have to revisit this review and change the rating if I can not find any CBD of this quality for this price. All in all pretty happy with the order.
