E-transfer problems herb approach

Anyone else having e-transfer problems this weekend? I have used two different banks, resent the e-transfers and have tried everything i can think of but herb approach isn't recieving them. Ive never experienced this problem before. I suspect their email address has been flagged or something because i can send an e-transfer to other people without a problem and even to myself between banks works just fine. If their email address has been flagged how would i know? Thanks

Was there any indication that they may have been flagged when you were having issues? I can see the pending e-transfer in my banking app and it looks normal. It doesn't say "flagged" or "problem: please call to resolve".
Go to your transaction history. On mine, I got a status code that told me they answered the security question correctly, however never received a notification via email that they deposited the money and confirmed the order. I assume it was because I was sending a large transfer cross country to some email that was new to my etransfers. IIRC they have a nonstandard (non-personal) email domain too which may tip off the bank hold. I just called my bank and resent it after the call and alerted the MoM to retry the payment accept process and got it sorted.
