Packaging:
Sturdy box with an added light barrier. Buds were vacuum sealed tightly, individual baggies were not fully closed so three strains shared the same air pocket and a strange background smell. First impressions were low as all three were dry and lacking terps.

Rockstar mold - Full album
Hard and dense with darkened hairs but not enough to assume mold until I went to grind the top part of the largest nug. It was slightly too big for a grinder so I pulled the extra hard chunk in half and found white stuff.
CCS offered to send replacement samples if desired and pulled it a couple days after being notified.

Gelato - Full album
Small dry and hard buds with a close trim. Shared an off putting background smell with the other samples and remained mostly terpless after jarring with bovedas for a few days. Predominantly harsh and unpleasant smoke with white ash, effects were mellow though after 30 minutes I noted feeling relaxed without couch lock which I would consider to be its high point.

GSC - Full album
Solid 2.4g nug that was lacking distinctive terps. Jar time with a boveda did not improve much, the density made pulling it apart feel odd and showed a pale centre. Little smell that I would expect or flavour but the sativa leaning hybrid effects were noticeably strong. I'd anticipated a better smoke as one of their higher end strains at the time.

Notes: The condition and bud structure on each of these left me scratching my head. All together the quality is not up to the standards I've come to expect from MoMs.
