Sorry to hear that. Mr. Smiley's #1 priority is our communication with our clients and service. In the past few days we have delivered more than 70 free samples and since yesterday we have been receiving emails to thank us for the great service.
Give us a try, keep in mind that our FREE samples go through regular Canada post, some have gotten misplaced by the mail provider since they don't give us tracking number. But as soon as the client lets us know we sent them another. And also they have been known to take from 2-6 business day. However our paid orders get shipped immediately through air post express and with tracking number. If you don't get your purchased order, let us know and we give our clients a credit for more than 30% value of their item ordered before.
I honestly don't know what you mean with Sabrina's World. But Realgrimm I beg that you give us a try, let us send you a sample pack. I only work for the CS of Mr. Smiley's, I will make sure you get your order personally. Sign up for it. Give us a try.
