Is this plausible? Overstocked?

Anyone else think this is a bit weird? Any other MoM wouldn’t even let a bill of that size go to the cart, right? Or... Would they have that many of them in stock even? Anyone deal with this site before?

I’m thinkng they didn’t input how many they actually have in stock or they simply are the middle man forwarding from the manufacturer.
