Boutique Cannabis *Advisory*

Well, I've been trying for the last several days, to get a 150$ credit that's owed to me. I placed an order, they did not have stock on dabs, so we added a couple more of items to the order, and the remainder of the balance was credited to my account. They don't allow more then 50$ credit to be used at a time. The credit was applied in points, and you can only use 2000 per order, which is 50$ worth. I have had little to no responses from them, and the responses i did received say they are confused and don't understand my questions. Keep in mind, at this point, I only sent 2 emails with my concerns, so they are just sending me around in circles and wont allow me to use my entire credit I'm owed. In fact the credit was also calculated wrong, and they shorted me an additional 25$. I've been patient with them, explained very clearly what i need, they simply are not making any effort to read my emails, and reply. It was only maybe 15 line email, which takes a couple of minutes to read, and instead of doing this, they emailed me back asking me to explain to them again in "lamen terms" what the issue was.

I asked how the weed10 (10% off on orders over 420$) discount was calculated and came to 40$ on my order, when my order total was 580$, and 10% of that is 58$. So i should of got a 58$ discount. I then asked about it, and without actually giving me a breakdown, they simply said some of the items where already on sale, and the discount does not apply to those. Only 120$ of the order was stuff that was not on sale, so this statement makes no sense. So of course i want a breakdown and how they arrived at 40$ which was my first questions. This will also affect the credit that was applied to my account, as i do not think it was calculated correctly.

Second i asked how do I use the entire credit on the next order and thats it.

It seems at this point, I'm at a loss for money, i cant place another order because its under the minimum amount, and i am unable to use up my entire credit. So effectively, they stole my money, and if i want it back, i need to place 3 more orders, which they may not even send at this point.

This was my second order with them, no problems on the first one, but it seems they should not have accepted my etransfer if more then half the order was not in stock.

Heads up for anyone thinking of using them. I constructed my emails the same way, very clear, but apparently they do not understand. If they fix this, or at least send me something else in same value, I will drop a message, but its not promising as they have not responded to me in a while and did not make the effort to read the very clear email in the first place.

They replied yesterday without answering the questions correctly again. They only said they would give me the 150$ credit already applied to my account, and completely avoided the question about the weed10 (10% off discount). I did mention to them i was taking this online, and of course i got that response after that. I do not recommend using them at this point, as its been nearly 2 weeks of me sending emails, and i only 1 reply from them, which is incomplete. They also have bizarre sketchy deals on there website. Example, buying 4 grams of dabs is cheaper then buying 10 grams, by 10$. I've never seen any place who sells larger dabs packages at higher cost.

The discount they advertise is basically false (weed10), as most of the items on the website are on sale, and according to them, the discount does not apply to those things. This is not transparent, and not explained what so ever on the website. Also, the mom list says they are in New Brunswick. This can't be the case, since my orders came from BC. Meaning its absolutely not faster what so ever. Not answering the questions about the discount, is them refusing to give me a breakdown so i can recalculate that credit. At this point ill take what ever they will send me. I replied asking for a couple of things that should use up the credit, and i'm waiting on confirmation from them.

I've been ordering for years, never had to post anything, because every MOM so far, owned up to any mistakes they made, and fixed them right away. Not only that, compensated me with a free sample for the mistake. This place has made zero effort to keep me as a customer. It's to be said, if this happened to me, it has probably happened to others.

I've switched back to chronic store for now. Previously used them on a few occasions. It seemed like it took a long time for them to ship things at the time. But, I recently heard they are under new ownership, and things are different. So friends have placed a few orders, and they where shipped next business day as they should be. I went ahead and placed an order Monday, and its already on its way!

I will drop a message if and when my package from boutiquecannabis is sent with what I'm owed.

BoutiqueCannabis has sent me a tracking number for the remaining balance I'm owed, but again did not address the other mentioned issues. I believe this is a "take this and shut up" sorta thing. They are clearly aware of the errors with the discount, and are not addressing it. I'm waiting on that product, If i do not get it, I will certainly leave a message here. It should be said, these moms should not accept the funds if the product is not in stock. It seems it would be much easier to contact the customer before taking the money and confirming. Of course, you would expect open communication, but that is not always the case. I've only went to the extent of posting about this because of how stupid this is, and the insane responses i got from them. I made effort to write several clear emails, like the first message in this thread, and the response is, they simply dont understand the problem. I copied this directly from the response they sent "Can you please tell me in lament term exactly what you feel you need to rectify the issue." I'm clearly not the spelling police, but make an effort, even more so if you are trying to say laymen's terms. I'm not sure who lament term is, maybe some other guy no one has heard of :|

And thanks for the head up Halidazed, i did read this actually about a week ago, i thought the same thing, buyer beware. If they are actually running the place differently, i guess that has yet to be seen. I've recently found a few other websites that seem interesting, but I need to look into all of them.

I'm always looking for new better moms, that take this seriously, and not avoid paying customer emails for days. During those days, I have no doubt they looked over my emails to accept more etransfers.

I'm sure some day, we will have a decent rating system linked via this mom list. It would be decent for us to see where most people are ordering from, who has best customer service, and help make a better decision when choosing a mom. I'm taking a look at all my options at this point. I prefer distillate and concentrates, I order bud much less frequently.

My orders usually only have concentrates. I use vape710.ca "2.0 distillate carts", these work fantastic with thick raw or flavored distillate of any kind. Metal and glass construction, no plastic crap or any of that none sense. Works reasonably well in our cold Canadian winters here -30, at least for a few tokes until it hardens. Plus, the guy who designed and sells them is based out of southern Ontario, so shipping is uber fast. I recently got a battery (Alchemy Palm Battery on vape710.ca) that covers most of the cart, so it should help keep it warm for longer on cold days. Distillate is great for on the go, and dabs are for the rig here at home.

I'm only choosing a mom that sells individual distillate and oil in w.e. type of packaging so i can fill my own carts, as its cheapest by far economically and it just taste great. These pre-filled carts or disposable pens most moms sell are convenient and all, but often cost 50$ for just a half a gram. Often in that .5 grams, there is only say 400-450mg of THC in it. That's very costly for a half gram of distillate compared to what i've been paying.

The way i do it, it cost just under 8$ for a cart, and it holds 1 FULL gram. I use each cart twice, often a third time without it burning out. Effectively making it about 4$ per fill. That means for about 40$, i get 1 full gram of smokable distillate, thats typically 90% + THC. I usually retire the cart after 2 or 3 uses, as i dont want it to burn out and have it full of very hard to remove distillate. If that happens, there is always some loss. The distillate on a few of these moms cost as little 35$, but most cost much much more. I've tried all kinds of distillates, some that cost 65$ a gram, but I was just as happy with the 35$ stuff.

I've got several friends and family members using these carts, they all could not believe how much longer it last with a full gram, and how much cheaper it is. Not to mention, a couple of tokes, and your there.

I received the package today which is supposed to have the remainder of what Im owed. It should of had 150$ worth of stuff we selected but it did not. They sent some of the stuff, but shorted us exactly 3 grams on the bud. Red congo goes for 12$ a gram on that site, so thats another 36$ on top of the 25$ they still owed me. I'm not following up further with them, as Im at a loss at this point.

fuckyou wrote: Sat Jul 14, 2018 3:30 pm Not surprised to read this. Boutique has been scamming people for 2+ years now, since the Canadients days, they were a weedism rebrand (all scammers)

When /r/canadianmom was split off, Boutique tried to come back with 'new management' (really?). People tried to warn, but Boutique was quickly added to the 'trusted list' and I see that hey are still listed as 'established'.
Yep, same thing I said to a few people as well. I was a Weedism customer when they went tits up and boned me on an order. Month or two later, start getting emails from boutique cannabis from the same email domain. Fuck right off lol.

Well what the crap. It's seem a little easy for them to become trusted or established, especially if what you both said is true. Well, i knew something was fishy based on the fact is says they are in NB, but the order is coming from Vancouver. No frigen way they drive that far to spread out the orders lol.
