Ordering & Pricing: I only looked at the concentrates. 91 Supreme shatter, live resin, diamonds, caviar and HCFSE/HTFSE. Pricing was good for the concentrates. I was able to use a 50% off code that Ganjawest posted in the New Moms Deals forum. I didn't expect the 50% off code to be available because I was a few hours late seeing it. I made an order and expected to use the 10% off + 3.5g code. I tried the 50% off code, it worked.
Communication: Communication was good. Updates on order processing and shipping. An item I ordered was out of stock and Ganjawest wanted to replace it with a more expensive concentrate of the same strain. Michelle contacted me and let me know my options. I replied to her late in the day and my order still got out that day which was cool.
Packaging: I've tossed all the packaging and don't really remember. I think it was two bubble wrap paper mailers. I don't think the product was shrink wrapped. The packaging was fine for this particular order.
Products / Photos: I may get to it but it was 91 Supreme Live Resins and Caviar.
Incentive for Customers: I think Ganjawest has Free shipping over $99, a 10% off and bonus 3.5g code. The customer service and speed of shipping is really good.
Incentive for Review: No. I am leaving a review because of a great experience.
Notes: Placed order evening of 23rd. Order was shipped afternoon of the 24th. Received package 25th. Ganjawest subbed a better product for an out of stock item on top of me getting 50% off. I've had a great experience and will be a repeat customer.
