Ordering is easy, nice clean website, I would say prices are middle of the road, some good deals as well as AAA product. Beware though! Click the product guarentee box or they may send you an alternate product! They accept PayPal which I love!

As mentioned above I was shipped an alternate product, sent a message to try and rectify and no answer back. Common practice in this industry and something I don't like.

Typical celefane sealed bag or whatever, shipped in canada post box, so comes in perfect condition.
Ive gotten several flower products from them, Charlotte's Web, BlackBerry, Darth Vader....all are good, smooth products, not overly dry or harsh like many of the cheap MOM's.

Let me get this straight. So this is one of the few places that actually offers a strain guarantee option, you decided not to select it, and you're complaining that they sent an alternate? Unbelievable.

Yes it was 100% my fault, but I've also attached a picture of the checkbox that is not exactly clear, it states order protection with a check box, then a checkbox directly below it saying yes. I choose yes (at least I thought I was), but that yes is actually no and states you want alternatives, and if you don't check either it defaults to yes as well.

At any rate I admit that it was my fault, but I also believe that if you message them they should at least reply back even if it's not what I want to hear.

Just clarifying for anyone that orders from them.
