Notes: Ordered previously with no problems. Hindu Kush was exactly how it should be. Tried Black Label Kush on clearance and it was decent. Previous orders shipped next day as stated on site.

Current order shipped 4 days late and was wrong when it arrived.

Ordered Chocolate Kush, an Indica. Was sent a bag labelled Orange Crush with a personalized apology on it saying Orange Crush is out of stock, and that they had sent a similar sativa Very Berry Haze to replace. If I had wanted a sativa, I would have ordered a sativa. Waiting to see what they do about this before opening it. Will update if/when I hear back.

Yes not cool, they usually will send an email asking telling you "sorry that was out of stock" and give you a free upgrade.

Update: They got back 5 hours later and said they will send a replacement out today, blaming Canada Post for the mistake. I will continue to update.

I agree. On the sticker where it says "Hey ..... " and you covered that out. Was that your name or someone else's?

Oh for sure it has nothing at all to do with Canada Post.

It does have my name (and the package had the other strain I ordered 3.5g of correct, both sealed in the vacuum packed bag).

Update: Customer service sent out a replacement order which arrived today. Everything is as it should be in the replacement.

Updated Score: 7/10 - Mistakes happen and they made it right with very little hassle. They followed up after replacement delivery to make sure everything was ok.

First Impression Review of the Chocolate Kush.

Price: $130 / 28g

Smell is not overwhelming, but has subtle hints of soil and chocolate.
Buds are on the smaller side as apparently is to be expected with this strain. They are dense and fairly well trimmed.

Will update one more time after it spends some time in with a boveda and a proper test
