MailboxMarijuana Closing... and I'm at lost

Hello there! I've just received an email from Mailbox marijuana saying they are closing....

My issue is that I've ordered from them on 19th April (420 woohoo!). They sent it on 20th April.
The package make it all the way to the last Post facility on april 24.
Usually I got a notice card saying It's been received by my local post office one or two day later.
But it is stuck there, not moving nor being updated.
At first I didn't mind alot, with the covid delay and I did'nt wanted to seem impatient calling on delay right away.
In the faq/policy/garantee of Mailboxmarijuana they say they re-ship if the package don't move for 30 days.
So I waited. I've contacted them on 19th and they replied they will wait for next day for it was the 30 day mark.
Second email: They regret they have to open a CP ticket. I understand that they need that to claim their expresspost insurance.
They say they will contact me the next week to inform me of what happen next (it was last week)
Now they don't respond to my e-mail.
I understand it may be bad for them to refund me, but if they just send me a comparable package or maybe just smokable weed I'd be less pissed.
