Are all supplies and products of cannabis in the province must only be bought and obtained from dispensaries registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation (NLC)?

I don't believe weed is prohibited from crossing provincial borders. You can smoke your Ontario weed. Only prohibited on country borders.
