Why is it that some MOMs do while most don’t? Can a MOM weigh in here and explain it?? Since the business is obviously black market, why charge “taxes” at all?

Because even in black market lots are still paying taxes on a company front

Do a search this is a recurring topic. Most actually pay taxes so they charge it. Tax evasion is a far more serious crime than selling weed.
