Just cbd oil?

Looking for a relative. She bought from the store but even with a slight amount of thc and she gets high. So I’m looking for a legit straight cbd oil only. Any suggestions?
I thought isolate was already decarbed ,mine incorporates itself smoothly without heat but just made my first batch .. 10gs(10,000mg) into 947ml pure MCT ..hmmm tryed it out on a few guinea pig patients but I couldn't get an accurate result since percocet was also present..

Yeah it is I just meant mix it around so it absorbs into the oil fully.
