Ordering & Pricing:
Ordering is typical e-commerce, website is fast, no crashy crashy. Pricing, in MY opinion, is really great in some cases, and average in others. I bought an ounce of Death Bubba with the 25% off coupon, which brought it down under $100, and for the quality, I am more than happy. Was also provided a couple 1 gram samples that I had requested, and the 1 OZ tier free gift of a silicone spoon-style pipe (decent boys!)... Shipped in basically one day from the lower mainland to BC interior.
Communication:
Communication was fast, professional and helpful. I typically approach a new MOM by emailing them first, as I am disabled and looking to save all the money I can. KT was more than gracious to include the small samples I requested so that I can gain a better idea of the overall spectrum of his flower products, as I purchased a sale strain, and requested samples of both a AAA and AAAA strains.
Packaging:
General Notes: Everything was weighed OVER by at least 0.05g-0.19g (see photos: apologies for lighting, hard to shoot that stupid glowing readout).

Canada Post mailer bag, inside of which was a large, thick, vacuum sealed package. No discernable odour until I cut the bag. Inside the large vacuum pouch the samples were packed in small pill bottles and the ounce was further vacuum sealed in typical sealer bagging; I have to say, I would much rather have seen a container of some sort.... While the vacuum seal bagging works well in its purpose, once you cut into it, you need to find a container for the weed. Not a huge deal, but its nice when an amount as large as an ounce comes with a container. The ounce had a medium sized boveda pack to seal in freshness, but honestly that was a bit of a moot point as the death bubba was a bit on the dry side.

Death Bubba:
As mentioned above, the bud is slightly dry. Only toward the exterior of the bud though, the interior of them still have a decent squish. I'm old hat at this, so I'll get it re-moisturized no problem, but a word to the wise, the budget and sale strains might be slightly dry. Still, this bud is nice and frosty for the price, it breaks up nice and vapes excellently. I tend not to smoke by open combustion, but the vape buzz was a nice hybrid-style buzz; good balance of head and body stone. Certainly not the strongest bud I've had, but for under $100, it is above average, for certain. The taste is nice, very floral and not muted. I have a piss poor sense of smell and taste, so I'm not much for describing those elements but I'd say this has an earthy/skunky smell and taste to it.

Bruce Banner Sample:
Very fresh, perfect cure. Gorgeous milky trichomes just slathered all over this little bastard of a bud. Has an amazing sweet smell when busted, and the taste is the same, just tons of flavour through the vape. The buzz on this bud was the best of the three that I tried from KT, and makes me wish I had purchased an OZ of this also (next time). It was a really strong, euphoric high that really enhanced music and audio. Fantastic creative-type high.

Grease Monkey
This is where things start to get a bit average at KT. While this bud looks and smells absolutely top tier, I found that the potency of it was slightly lack-luster. And as the highest priced strain on the site at that time, I would have expected it to blow the shorts off of the Bruce Banner, but it did not. Don't get me wrong, it is still great weed, and by quad standards, probably a true quad, but for the price of it, I would expect it to send me into orbit. The smell when you break this bud up is really something that one must experience, it smells like candy!

Incentive for Customers:
At the time I ordered, there were sales and a 25% off coupon code available.
Incentive for Review:
I requested and was obliged a couple samples, but it is in no way any type of incentive for this review, and the honesty that I claim in the header has been tainted NOT.
Notes:
I chose KT because I have watched at least one stupid ass clown on this forum give them an incredibly hard time, and their response to those attacks have been patience and professionalism. As far as I can see, KT has corrected every single issue with any of his orders that have been brought up here, and even one where he probably should have told the dude to go kick rocks.
My experience was a very positive one all around, and I would recommend KT. Every MOM has growing pains, but one should examine the totality of their behavior and make an educated judgement on the quality of service and product being supplied.
Re: King Tut's - Unbiased / No-Shills / No-Frills Review
2Nice review, I haven't had their Bruce Banner, but BB is one of the top strains for THC content and also has a pretty intense entourage effect from the terpenes and other canabinoids. It made me frown a bit to see you tank the Grease Monkey because it buzzes less than BB. If you use BB as a reference, pretty much ever weed you try will feel lackluster.
BB is probably one of the most aptly named strains in the industry. Looks like nothing but once you smoke it Hulk shows up and smashes your brain to bits

3I'm all about potency when the price reaches for the sky, my man.
It is very nice flower though, snowy as all hell.

4That Bruce Banner sounds really enticing, I've been looking for sometime with some good head to it.

Yes, we had a fun conversation back and forth to whip something up and send it out
Again, the time you guys take to drop a review (good, bad or ugly), is time out of your day, it helps and is appreciated. Even tough reviews give the MoM an opportunity to reply and show others how they deal with unhappy customers and mistakes we may have made.
On the containers for your bud... We do not expect everyone to read everything on our site (even though I wrote everything and think you should haha) but one of the write ups is on the front page and how we package our products:
"Your package is sent from our facilities with care and discretion to ensure its contents remain fresh and undetectable until opened by you. If you require the Vial and or Box used for packaging, please let us know in the check out area under order notes. Using less materials, means less harm to the environment."
We have these awesome clear 125 dram vials that are child proof and fit an oz just about perfectly. They have a reversible top that's screw top as well (For that extra seal). You just have to ask for it and they are yours guys and gals!
Again, thanks a lot for the review, word of mouth is all we use for a sales or marketing strategy, so every one counts to us!
It was nice that you also mentioned and showed the weight. It was just a couple of days a go that we must have made a mistake and shorted someone just shy of a gram on their oz and it was mentioned online. That was our mistake (that we did rectify by 4X) and was absolutely not our intention. So, thanks for that as well!
Glad you had a nice experience so far, as I did as well with our conversation prior to the order and obviously now as well!

7Whoops! My bad completely.. I spend as little time reading commerce sites as possible, so that fully passed me by... I'd have asked for a container for certain.
I do these reviews so that others get a chance to make an educated decision on any MOM I've tried.. I smoke a ton of flower and have done for 20 years.. If that experience helps anybody else make an informed decision, then fantastic. If the reviews help bring some business your way, in the end, it is only because your service and product are top notch..
So grats to you for not sending me shitty weed, cause I can be brutally honest in the other direction as well..

8I agree with their counts... all of my products were over by a total of nearly 2grams. And I only spent $200 with them.. I purchased under an oz of flower and some rosin. THey also tossed in 1.5g of death bubba for free.. so I ended up getting a half quarter extra for just a 200$ purchase.
BTW, I found the grease monkey strain pretty damn good. It really does have a wonderful aroma as you said.. but I had a wonderful long lasting high. I vaped .22g and was melting watching the tube without a care in the world.
I think KT rocks.

9Being honest is all we ask. Constantly learning this industry as we go We DEFINITELY learn from the lumps we take and we have taken a few!MirkaLane wrote: Sat Nov 03, 2018 12:10 am Whoops! 10We bloody well have a scale that is a free gift option! The LAST thing we're gonna do is short anyone intentionally, I mean some of you guys weigh what you vape by 2 decimal points haha. Our weight will only be an issue if we made an error, not intentional. IF we do error on the side of being light, well guess what KT will be eating the freight to replace the missing product and then some.Vdubb wrote: Sat Nov 03, 2018 1:04 am I agree with their counts... all of my products were over by a total of nearly 2grams. 11Lol, I'm taking a beating on this Grease Monkey comment.. Its fantastic weed, really it is... I probably expect too much out of weed that is priced in the "high school" end of the $$ range... By that I mean, I paid $225-250 an oz in high school.. Sure, today's weed has higher quality at greater frequency, but I had Albino Rhino and some crazy sticky strains back then (15-20 years ago) that I have yet to see from any mom..
My standards at that price are pretty steep.
