Hey guys,
I made an order with ganjagrams (GG) on saturday for a half oz and 1 gram of budder for $91 with shipping. Don't get me wrong this is a great deal, however, I wanted to cancel this order shortly after my payment was processed because I saw another product I wanted to buy, but didn't want to spend the other money in my account when I could just get back my money from GG first. I thought this would be no problem due to their policy on their FAQ page which states, "When you create a new order your old order gets automatically cancelled and your money will be refunded and E-Transfered back to your account", so I did just that, along with e-mailing them 5 times over the weekend but to no avail. Finally this morning they get back to me saying they can't refund an order that has been processed, contrary to what their policy states, and now they are saying they can only give me store credit. Regardless of their deals on their mediocre products, their service is absolute shit and I will never order from them again. Just wanted to share with y'all.
GANJAGRAMS RESOLVED THE ISSUE, E TRANSFERRED ME MY MONEY; SAID THAT THE POLICY ON THEIR SITE IS AN OLD ONE BUT THEY WILL HONOR IT
